My parents are out of town, so I have the house to myself, and you know what that means….
Dinner Parties! I know, so anti-climatic, but I love hanging out with my Collierville girlfriends and cooking is one of our fave things to do. Last night’s menu (pictured above) was bourbon pecan crusted chicken, brown sugar green beans wrapped in bacon, smashed potatos a la Dave Lieberman, salad, and Fresh Market foccacia bread. It was fantastic!
